Global Technical Service Hub Leader, Household Care, Bagsvaerd DK We are looking for a new Global Technical Service Lead, Household Care (HHC). The function is part of Global Business Operations, and the position is located in Bagsvaerd, DK. You will report to the Vice President, HHC Business Operations Europe, Middle East, Africa, India, Far East (EMJ). In this role, you will have a leading role in customer engagement activities, global coordination of TS activities across HHC, and support of the EMJ business. Customer engagement: You will work closely with account managers, leaders of the regional commercial teams, category leaders (Global Marketing), industry partners (Customer Communication), Technical Service Managements (TSM) and Head of Concept Implementation (R&D) on defining the right services, capabilities and setup necessary for successful Strategic Account development with input for leadership teams discussions and decisions. Global coordination of TS activities: You will work closely with leaders of the regional commercial teams across HHC global, with category leaders (Global Marketing), TSMs and Applied Research on defining the right organizational development actions/activities across TS, Global Marketing, Customer Communication and Concept Implementation. You will be a member of the Top 20 Customer Program, represent TS in the global innovation teams and manage ad-hoc technical projects with global scope. EMJ business support: You will be a member of the EMJ Regional Leadership team (RCLT) and participate in the relevant sub-regional commercial management teams within EMJ. In your role, you will be participating in the regional strategy development together with the RCLT, and will be responsible for implementation of TS specific projects (e.g. establishing of TS competence centre lab in sub-region). Around 25 % of your time will be spent travelling across EMA, including select travel in other international regions The Technical Service Managers (TSMs) in the EMJ sales region are anchored in the sales regions with a reporting line to the business unit director. The TSMs have a dotted reporting line to the Global Technical Service Hub Leader. In this position you need to:•Hold a M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree ideally combined with some industrial experience preferably within the Household/Personal care environment. Commercial experience is a great plus. •Possess the ability to drive, innovate and inspire people around you. You thrive on creating results through others while effectively navigating in a complex and demanding environment •Bring a customer-focused and communicative personal style to the job as well as strong diversity and cross-cultural competencies.
