Then you could be our new Strategy Project Manager in the Corporate Strategy team. About the department Corporate Strategy is responsible for Novo Nordisk corporate strategic planning process and ad hoc strategy projects for Executive Management. This includes analysis and execution of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and handling of Novo Nordisk’s equity investments. The job In your role as Strategy Project Manager you will be responsible for strategic analyses both organic and non-organic for Novo Nordisk Executive Management. You will play a leading role in the development of concepts and processes in support of the strategic analyses. You will take a leading role in key work streams in the strategy development and you are expected to structure, coordinate and execute on the defined strategic processes liaising with many different organisational areas to ensure a holistic strategic solution to often multifaceted business problems. Finally, you will be expected to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal solutions and ensure anchoring of projects. As you will work broadly within the organisation and with senior management interaction, you should be able to and feel comfortable working with and communicating to all levels of the organisation. Qualifications You have a solid business understanding with 3-5 years experience from Novo Nordisk or from the pharmaceutical industry. You are able to interact, communicate, and build relations with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, and you enjoy working closely with colleagues across the organisation and across geographies. You have a good understanding of the global pharmaceutical market, and the value chain within a pharmaceutical business. Preferably, you have experience with developing strategic concepts and frameworks. You enjoy handling many tasks without letting any of them slip through your fingers. Finally, you master the English language – both in speech and writing and are willing to invest time and effort in personal and professional development.
