We are looking for an ambitious and proactive student assistant with strong communication skills to help us facilitate the key management processes across Corporate Development and ensure simple, clear and relevant communication within the area. About the department Corporate Development Business Support has a dual purpose. Firstly, the team is responsible for facilitating key management processes within Corporate Development on behalf of the Executive Vice President (EVP). We aim to conduct smooth, simple and value-adding processes and activities, which supports the business. Secondly, the team is responsible for providing communication partner support to the areas on various sorts of internal as well as external communication. Corporate Development Business Support is a small team of 4 colleagues. The head of the unit reports to the EVP for Corporate Development as his Executive Assistant. The atmosphere is informal and if you can hold on to your good sense of humour also during busy times, you are the kind of person we are looking for. The job We offer an exciting job that will provide you with good insights into the key management processes in Novo Nordisk. Furthermore, you will get an opportunity to work with our experienced communication partners and learn how to navigate in a big organisation like Novo Nordisk. You will be involved in preparing presentations where you will make use of PowerPoint, and you will further gain understanding of our intranet, Globeshare, which you will responsible for keeping up to date to ensure the right information is available to the right people at the right time. The position is based at our headquarters in Bagsværd (Denmark) and on average constitutes around 15 hours per week. Qualifications You are about to start your Master within either the field of communication or within business administration with an interest in management processes. You have experience with presenting your points in a clear and meaningful way and have a flair for IT. You need to be able to challenge existing processes to ensure we drive a no-nonsense culture and that we add value to the business. Other key personal qualifications include a high level of energy, good sense of humour and the ability to stay focused while working under pressure. You are fluent in written and spoken English.
