A spectrum of social responsibility assignments As our Manager in Social Responsibility, you will be part of Corporate Affairs, which is responsible for delivering on the responsibility priorities of the LEGO Group. In the Social Responsibility team, we define and drive the direction for the LEGO Group on social responsibility and human rights. Thus, you will join a diverse team that works within many different aspects of CSR, which in turn is reflected in your assignments. You will report to the Senior Director, Social Responsibility, and among other things be responsible for: Driving labour rights initiatives on our sites according to our human rights strategy Supporting the Senior Manager with various tasks on the supplier code of conduct agenda Driving the development of communication assets within social responsibility by connecting the dots between human rights, employee health and safety, supplier code of conduct, children´s rights and more Starting approximately 1 September 2015 or earlier, the position is a 1-year maternity cover. As you will be working with different tasks across different areas, it is also important that you are structured and able to work independently and to keep a good view of your tasks.
