Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for end to end recruitment for generic and specialized positions. Specific work tasks will include: . Campaign management . Participation in job fairs . Job postings . CV screening . Candidate interviews . Candidate selection . Candidate presentations to hiring managers Moreover, you will be involved in the development of recruitment strategies, processes, etc. Who we are looking for We imagine that you hold a Master’s degree combined with extensive experience within recruitment or HR, preferably from the offshore or shipping industry. You must be fluent in English and be comfortable talking to people at all levels. You should be driven by providing a high level of service, have a good HR generalist knowledge and understanding of HR processes in a large and international organization. It is important that you are motivated by working in a team where days are busy and filled with challenges. Furthermore, you must hold a Danish residence permit.
