About the department The job is in CMC IT Support, a department in CMC Support responsible for developing and maintaining processes and systems supporting the planning of a very ambitious pipeline of drug development projects in CMC Supply. CMC IT Support is a small unit responsible for driving strategic IT initiatives and systems across CMC Supply. This responsibility includes creation and anchoring of IT strategies, governance of IT projects, IT security and general coordination of IT across CMC Supply. The job As IT Compliance Manager you will play a key role in strengthening the focus on IT quality management within CMC Supply. You will work closely with project and system managers, ensuring that the right level of IT compliance is achieved in various projects throughout CMC Supply, while also taking a hands-on role in selected projects e.g. writing procedures, instructions, protocols and more. Being a subject matter expert within computer validation, you will be representing CMC Supply in various cross-organisational initiatives which will give you the opportunity to interact with colleagues throughout the organisation. You will also be responsible for the overall training within IT quality management in CMC Supply, ranging from maintenance of IT training plans in CMC Supply to class-room training for colleagues. Qualifications You have a strong background within computer validation, preferably with experience from the pharmaceutical industry. You hold a relevant academic degree, along with 5-10 years of working experience. As a person you have a structured approach to challenges, you have a strong quality mind-set and you enjoy providing direction and support within your area of expertise. You are thorough and find it natural to work independently. You are fully proficient in English. Knowledge of IT security is a plus.
