Location: Copenhagen, Denmark Field of Offer : Information and Communications Technology Requirements: •Technical University degree in Computer science or Telecommunication •Min. four years of experience in similar managerial function within telecom or IT operations •Fluently in English and Danish •Good communication and presentation skills •Handling the administration work in an efficient manner, design shift plans 24h/7 days a week etc. •Ability to manage and motivate your team •Be the company’s representative towards customers •Ability to contribute to projects designed for functional quality improvements. Responsibilities: •Manage the team responsible for second line maintenance at network elements •Test all new software and hardware releases for first application •Manage all changes throughout the network •Manage your team’s performance and ensure correct training •Managing the support of various technical areas RAN network, Core and OSS elements •Cooperate with other departments and leaders to ensure common approach and execution. •Build and maintain excellent customer relationship and ensure highest customer satisfaction. •Coordinate shift plan •Ensure reports on agreed KPI and SLA to be generated and updated •Responsible for security regulations •Developing and keeping annual budget We can offer you: A great opportunity to participate in building up a new team of skilled and motivated telecom specialist.
