- Human Resources - Denmark - Bagsværd The Corporate Development HR team is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support one of our exciting and dynamic corporate functions, Global Safety which today employs more than 400 employees in Denmark and India. About the department You will be part of the Corporate Development HR team currently consisting of 7 experienced and highly engaged HR people working with every aspect of the HR value chain. The team supports a large part of the corporate functions in Novo Nordisk in driving organizational development and HR processes. As an HR Business Partner for Global Safety (GS) you will be reporting to the VP of the HR team, with a dotted reporting line to the Corporate Vice President of Global Safety, Karsten Lollike. The job Global Safety in Novo Nordisk is supporting a fast growing global organisation and as the HR Business Partner you will help the local management team in developing the Global Safety organisation to handle this growth. You will be responsible for identifying, driving and executing the needed People and organisational activities across Global Safety. As member of the HR team you will moreover collaborate with your HR team colleagues on cross functional HR and organisational deliverables in Corporate Development. Qualifications You have already built up a strong background within organisational development, HR and the HR Business Partner role, preferably from organisations operating globally. You master a broad range of HR disciplines and are comfortable both when developing HR solutions at the conceptual level as well as when implementing operational HR solutions in the organisation. You are able to build up a thorough understanding of the business challenges of the area - and you consider it your responsibility to ensure a clear link between business and HR. You have a strong personal integrity that allows you to offer your perspective in a respectful way. You are an experienced process facilitator and demonstrate good cultural sensitivity and stakeholder management. International work experience will be an advantage.
