Are you enthusiastic about education and training? And are you ready to bring your extensive knowledge of education planning and the Danish AMU system and VEU rules [KS1] into play to ensure that the continuing training of Danfoss employees, at all times, complies with requirements and standards in force? Then you might be our new HR Manager for HR Operations Denmark, Education & Training. Efficient training and education administration You will be responsible for identifying the needs of the business for efficient training, education administration and implementation of new processes and tools that support the business and comply with both internal and external standards and requirements. This means that your focus will be to: •Monitor and analyse requirements from our quality management system and find optimal solutions in relation to the necessary upgrading of skills •Participate in the development of concepts and policies for the field of training and education as well as coordinate the implementation of new tools and processes supporting these •Be 100% updated on internal and external regulations within the field of continuing training in order to ensure an efficient and updated training and education system •Ensure that modifications of rules, new requirements etc. are communicated to the organisation, and that the necessary adaptations in methods and procedures are implemented •Offer internal counselling in relation to development within the field •Take part in the cooperation between internal stakeholders from different parts of the organisation and external suppliers of education and training •Gather inspiration from the development within the field, both at regional, national and global level You will be the manager of the department consisting of four employees, which means that you will also, along with your managerial responsibility, be deeply involved in the practical work. Well-qualified employees are crucial to future success, and you will be the cornerstone in a large part of the work concerning continuing education and training in Danfoss. Expert in the Danish adult education and continuing training system You have a relevant academic degree within HRM or administration and a second-to-none knowledge of the Danish adult education and continuing training system, e.g. everything related to STAR. You have business understanding and in-depth knowledge of public schemes. At the personal level, you: •Have a positive attitude and are accommodating, with a high service level •Are a strong communicator and able to realise your ideas •Are good at motivating others and inspiring them to working together towards stipulated goals •Have a high energy level and personal drive, enabling you to handle many tasks related to day-to-day operations while at the same time being able to think about development •Possess overview and are structured, which enables you to make everything come together in an environment with many different stakeholders Last but not least, you are able to communicate in English, both in writing and speech.
