We want to strengthen our marketing communication setup, and we therefore have an opening for a strong marketing profile to the position in the Danfoss Cooling segment as global Marketing Communications Manager, focused on Industrial Refrigeration. You will report to the Head of Marketing Communications and the job will require approx. 50-60 traveling days a year. You will work out of our office in either Hasselager or Kolding. Proven ability to translate business requirements to winning strategies, plans and results You will be the crucial link between Strategic Segment Marketing and the Marketing Communications community. You will work with Industrial Refrigeration segment management and Sales to successfully plan and budget product launches and sales driving campaigns, and prioritize efforts across regions and functions globally. You will co-create and implement these plans through global Digital Marketing, Product Information and Training functions, and with our regional Marketing Communication teams. You will also work with external agencies, partners and global customers to maximize the business impact of our efforts. Your areas of responsibility will include: •Execution of the Industrial Refrigeration Marketing Communications strategy, cascaded from the overall business strategy •Controlling global budget and prioritization of efforts across regions, sales channels and Marketing methods •Project ownership of major campaigns, events and tools •Coordination with global functions to plan and execute?Digital Marketing tools, website presence and editorial content for publication across printed and social media ?Product Information from technical leaflets to catalogs ?Training of employees and customers in product and application technology International marketing experience, global mindset and communication skills You have a bachelor degree in Marketing Communication (or similar) and experience from an international B2B position, preferably dealing with industrial components. You have a solid grasp of digital marketing channels, event management, training and traditional Marketing Communications metrics. You also have a proven track record with project management, launch planning and implementation/execution processes, and have created visible results globally in this respect. Knowledge of our industry is preferred, but not mandatory – however you must show capacity to quickly grasp the nature of our products and business model. You are in possession of a strong quality mindset and have the ability to motivate, inspire, and influence others and work across functions in an international environment. You are able to develop, budget and implement strategy plans and concepts, and you can shape messages and create convincing communication concepts. Being in the middle of a dynamic matrix, you must be able to accomplish results through others without having formal managerial power. Your excellent interpersonal, cross-cultural and communication skills enable you to coordinate effectively with and involve multiple stakeholders across the organization.
