Are you an ambitious professional, passionate about corporate communications? And do you find it challenging to operate in a global environment and counsel leadership teams? Then you could be the new Communication Advisor in our Leadership Communication department. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of a broad range of communication, and as a communications specialist, you will work closely together with leaders in executing business projects. You will become part of a committed team of communications professionals working with teams and communication tasks across the Group. The geographical location of this position is in Nordborg, but it is possible to have a flexible location with two days in another Danfoss location or home office. Strategic and involving communication Your task will be to advise and support senior leaders in Danfoss’ corporate functions on communication, and you will also contribute to executing various Group communication projects. With a solid understanding of our business, you are able to think communication and business as a whole and prioritize your efforts based on business considerations. You have an integrated approach to communication, and you work proactively to ensure continuous improvement of our communication activities. Furthermore, you can take the lead in a sometimes complex setting ensuring that projects are completed in time and at the highest quality. You are able to think strategically and holistically, but on the other hand, you are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves to produce communication products. Your areas of responsibility will be: •Communication advising •Communication planning •Production of various communication products Skilled communicator with solid business understanding You have a relevant Master’s degree and you hold a track record displaying sound experience with communications e.g. within internal communication, issues management, change communication or financial communication allowing you to advise senior leaders. Maybe you currently hold a similar position as an advisor or project manager in a communication department or a PR agency. On a more personal note, you are good at listening and act as a trusted advisor able to challenge and ask the right questions to get to the core of a given problem and provide the best solution. As a person, you have strong interpersonal and collaborative skills. You thrive having many contacts in the organization and are able to take on any given assignment quickly without losing track or focus on the task at hand. You are curious by nature and work analytically when breaking down complex content into engaging targeted communication. Moreover, you work independently, systematically, and are performance-oriented - and at the same time, you are a dedicated team player.
