We are looking for a skilled Compensation & Benefits Specialist for a project employment assisting the HR team located centrally in Copenhagen. You will be reporting to the Senior HR Director EMEA, APAC & Emerging Markets. This position is temporary and the focus of the project will be: •Responsible for supporting the design, development, and administration of the company's Benefit Plans (Health and Welfare / Retirement Plans) •Manage the projects that ensure the overall benefits programs are aligned and directly supports the achievement of Sitecore’s strategic objectives •Job evaluation and grading recommendations to the Job Architecture Framework Your qualifications •Solid foundational experience in compensation / reward function •Highly numerate •Excellent attention to detail •Ability to manage own time and work efficiently •Power user level knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups , charts etc..) •High integrity level •Any corporate sector experience •Fluency in oral and written English Sitecore offers You will be working with skilled colleagues in a dynamic, international, and fun working environment with a strong emphasis on doing work that you consider cool and fun.
