Senior Technical Consultant for NNIT Life Science Solutions

NNIT Life Science Division is continuously growing and we are therefore looking for more experienced Technical Consultants. This is an opportunity for you to challenge your professional skills in an international environment by delivering the best possible Life Science solutions to our international customers. You will work in close collaboration with your NNIT colleagues in Switzerland, UK, US, China, the Czech Republic and the Philippines. Your responsibilities as Technical Consultant As a Technical Consultant in NNIT Life Science Solutions, you will work on complex life science projects based on your area of expertise. You analyse customer needs, draw up solutions to meet customer requirements, and effectively communicate recommendations to various stakeholders. You will effectively participate in the technical specification, development and implementation of the solutions which often includes tailoring and integration of standard life science applications. Due to regulatory requirements and criticalities of the applications you will also be involved in the documentation, test and technical validation of the solutions. You will work closely with key client stakeholders, solution architects, project managers, test- and validation consultants and infrastructure solution architects. You will join our Life Science Solutions team You will become part of a team of highly skilled and experienced technical consultants and architects, who implement solutions for NNITs domestic and international Life Science customers. This team has profound knowledge within applications in the Life Science domain and work with the full portfolio of NNITs strategic technology platforms including Oracle/Java, .Net/Sharepoint, SAS and Documentum. Your qualifications and experience It is essential that you are an skilled developer or experienced technical application consultant with solid technical knowledge and with the ambition and desire to develop your career towards a combined technical and commercial consulting role towards our many Life Science clients. You must be willing to take on customer facing roles, where you are considered the trusted advisor. You have a natural consulting mind-set with focus on delivering high quality services and you are able to travel for customer assignments. You have hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies; Java, .Net, SharePoint, XML/SOAP/JAX-RPC/JAX-WS, SQL/PLSQL/T-SQL, Oracle, MS SQL, SAS Basics, SAS Data Management, SAS Data Integration, ETL, Window Server or Linux/Unix. Should you have experience with life science applications such as clinical data warehouse, safety systems, electronic data capture systems (EDS) or pharmaceutical data standards (CDISC, ISO IDMP) it would be an advantage but not a requirement. It is a requirement that you speak and write English fluently. Written and spoken Danish is not a requirement, but an added benefit. Your location is negotiable, but preferably at an NNIT location.
