We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager, who will be a part of the EH Business Development & Marketing organization and will report to Portfolio Director heading Product Management. Your mission is to drive product development and management for both indoor and outdoor heating cables in Electric Heating business unit. You will be travelling between 30 to 60 days per year. Your tasks •Drive the projects in New Product Development and Adaptation •Ensure project deliverables in schedule •Create clear project deliverable targets according to Business Case format •Participate in creation and development of product development path and portfolio for indoor and outdoor heating cables •Communicate and co-operate with production •Act as an interface towards internal cross-functional development processes and projects •Ensure quality and safety of our products Your profile •Minimum Bachelor of Engineering in relevant field, preferably in the field of plastics or process engineering •2-3 years of practical experience in plastic industry •Deep understanding of plastic materials •Experienced in product development projects, at least 3 years of experience in project delivery environment •Product development process knowledge, front-end and execution •Fluent and comprehensive in both written and oral English •Good IT skills - MS Office and SAP •Experience within the field of extrusion processes is seen as an asset Personal characteristics •Strong communication and networking skills •Result oriented •Open minded and creative •Desire to make a difference and create new •Ability to deliver and perform in structured way under deadlines •Team player with good influencing skills able to work in cross-functional and cross-national environment We offer •Professional development •Personal development •Opportunity to influence •Work - life balance For further questions please contact Edyta Longier, Regional Recruitment Consultant +48 603 881 752 Company Profile Danfoss is a global leader focused on energy-efficient solutions that save energy and costs, and reduce carbon emissions.
