Project management of sales excellence development This role is a sales excellence development role where you will act as an internal consultant and link markets with IT by articulating business requirements for Sales related IT projects. So, taking on project responsibility as a subject matter expert or business lead, you will be engaged in cross-functional projects full-time with the aim of developing and deploying best practices within Sales and sales related functions. Thus, you will be an agent of change within areas of strategic nature and align tools, processes, reporting and similar across the Sales organisation. Initially, you will be working on two projects: The first one, a short-term Business Improvement project (6 months), where you will be responsible for development and deployment of a new tool and process to support markets, when updating Product Master Data in customer systems The second, larger project, is a Business Intelligence - Concept and Foundation project, where you will be representing the Sales area as a Business Lead within the domain of Sales Reporting working with other customer leads and project resources from IT and Finance As Business Lead you will be responsible for defining and translating requirements into functional specifications in collaboration with IT colleagues, for planning and executing User Acceptance Tests on developed IT solutions, and for ensuring proper documentation of and training in processes and applications in connection with roll-out in the markets After completing a project, you will be responsible for establishing a structure to ensure governance and maintenance of the solutions e.g. through building a Process Expert Network A connected community where you are encouraged to excel In Global Customer Marketing, we are proud to be a center of excellence that supports and provides consultancy to the LEGO® Sales organisation globally. Consultant with excellent change management skills To be successful in this role, you need to have excellent change management skills, as you often will be listening to people’s needs, translating these into a broader business perspective, and winning people over when selling your ideas. This, in turn, also requires you to have good communication skills, a collaborative and commercial mind-set, and the ability to build networks from bottom to top.
