The role of the HRIT team is to support HR colleagues across the world in the use of HRIT solutions, drive data quality and work with process owners and other stakeholders in the efforts of ensuring that the HRIT solutions meets and supports the business needs. You will be reporting to the Head of Organisational Effectiveness and be exposed to a wide range of HR stakeholders, and through performing in your role you will have the opportunity to build a successful career within Maersk. Last but not least you will get the opportunity to lead and develop a motivated team of HRIT professionals. Key Responsibilities Your main responsibilities will be to drive and facilitate the global HRIT agenda in Maersk Oil through practical, yet innovative thinking, while aligning, securing and fostering use of systems and securing foundation of data for reporting and analytics. In addition to this you will take the steer on optimization and simplifying of our global HR administrative processes and evaluating a potential future move to a shared services solution. All of this needs to be done within the context of the Maersk Group HRIT strategy and within the HRIT solutions they provide. You will be working as part of a Global HR Centre of Excellence, leading a team of three people whose main accountabilities are to support the global HRIT super user community, to ensure fast issue resolution in collaboration with Group HR IT and the Maersk Oil IS function. You will also work closely with the HR global process owners to strive for improvements, higher quality and lower cost service delivery to the business. Who we are looking for You are an experienced HRIT leader; preferably with exposure to an HR operational role (although this may not be your most recent/current role). You understand the importance of data quality as well as data and process dependencies. It is important that you are able to see the big picture, whilst continuously planning and prioritizing the workload. You are used to working in a fast paced environment and enjoy seeing your efforts turn into real value in the organisation. You have experience in working in an international environment and collaborating across different cultures. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, service orientation and capability of multitasking. You have the ability to influence key stakeholders, a high degree of empathy and the ability to understand cultural differences. You have an analytical approach and adhere to details and structure when planning and carrying out your tasks. Key knowledge, skills and experience: • HRIT technical background • Ability to lead and deliver results through others • Experience and knowledge of global HR processes • In depth experience with SAP HCM • Knowledge of HRIT developments in cloud, mobile and big data • Experience with process optimization and simplification, and preferably with setting up shared services • Project management experience • Oil & Gas industry experience is an advantage • Strong ability to adapt to change *LI-TJ1 Last application date: 06 May 2015.
