Over a two-year period, we offer you experiences within 5-6 areas of Novozymes’ global finance organization. You will initially be located in our headquarters in Bagsværd but you will also get to spend one rotation abroad in our finance organizations in China, US, Brazil or India. As a finance graduate in Novozymes you will get exposed to a wide range of financial disciplines, enabling you to drive an impact within the limited time of your rotation. You will work together with colleagues from different parts of the business and be inspired by the professional and cultural profiles in a diverse environment. A key characteristic of the program is flexibility: We will tailor-make the program to your abilities and background, but as you progress we may change the program based on your development and the need of the organization. Expected starting date: September 1, 2016. In this position you need to: Hold a Master’s degree in economics or business administration (i.e. auditing, finance, accounting or management controlling) – completed before starting date Be freshly graduated or have 1-2 years of work experience Be among the top 10% students of your class, have studied or lived abroad, and have had relevant student jobs Be the type of person that always looks for opportunities to make a difference in everything you do Be a strong communicator and team player, have desire for an accelerated learning curve, and thrive on working independently in new areas Are you the next Zymer in our team?
