Carlsberg Breweries A/S is looking for an Internal Auditor to join its Group Internal Audit department. The department works closely with Top Management in the individual countries and functions. Focus is e.g. on business development, financials, and procedures. Your objective will be to provide them with valuable inputs on internal controls and process efficiency. Job Description As Internal Audit you play an active role in optimising business processes in selected countries in the Group and in HQ functions through planning, conducting, reporting and following up on audit projects included in the overall Audit Plan. During the analyses and fieldwork you act as sparring partner for key stakeholders, where you point out issues and challenges, and suggest the right solutions. Through your advice, guidance and follow-up the businesses are optimised. You submit reports to Top Management on the results of the audit work including significant risk exposures and control issues. Internally you collaborate closely with an experienced team and we are seeking a junior auditor profile who has experience, but is interested in gaining more knowledge within the auditing field. Towards the countries you are visible through your visits and active guidance. Your role is considered important in the organisation and Top Management relies on your evaluations to make their next strategic decisions. Your Background You have professional experience of minimum 3 years in internal and/or external audit, or other Financial positions with a Master degree in Auditing, Finance or similar. In this role there will be many learning opportunities for the right candidate, hence the ideal candidate is ambitious, with a relentless drive and very strong motivation to attain new functional audit competencies. You demonstrate a positive attitude when dealings with stakeholders. You are extrovert and selling in your communication, and are convincing to your surroundings about the benefits of your proposals. You are capable of dealing with several tasks simultaneously, though delivering high quality results. You demonstrate empathy and understanding for different cultures and motivation for driving business. You are flexible and available for travel approximately 70 days a year. You are fluent in English, both written and verbally.
