About the department In Regulatory Affairs we are responsible for developing and executing global strategies to obtain approvals worldwide for all Novo Nordisk's new products and for maintaining these approvals through life cycle management activities. Regulatory Affairs also carries responsibility for developing and improving the Novo Nordisk product information and packaging material. The job The Regulatory Learning department lies under the Strategic Business Support area, working closely with the project and optimization office. As a student assistant you will, in a team of five employees, be working closely with the manager and learning partner. Your main tasks will be to maintain and develop websites and online libraries in SharePoint, update eLearning and create illustrations and layout in PowerPoint. Ad hoc tasks will be related to creating new websites, printing materials and posters, photocopying and other tasks as appropriate. Besides getting this unique opportunity to gain knowledge of the processes and tasks in a global learning function, you will be certified and experienced in using an eLearning authoring tool. Qualifications The job is focused on working with IT, communication and layout, and it is expected that you have excellent IT skills, be experienced in web layout and PowerPoint, and have creative flair. You will be working independently and are expected to provide input for new simple structures, solutions and layout models, to facilitate good communication with our stakeholders. It is very important that you are pragmatic, confident in trying out new things, dare to be innovative and think out of the box, while at the same time manage details and quality requirements. Preferably, you are studying a BA or MA in communication, education, it- design, business administration or similar, and have an interest in working in an international environment where things move fast.
