You will have the oversight of all live and online programmes driven out of Global Medical Affairs. You will also be the key person in the evaluation process of independent medical grants. You will need to engage with multiple internal stakeholders in Headquarters, Regions and Focus 15 affiliates, Global Marketing and external thought leaders. In Strategic Operations, we develop strategy and processes for Medical Affairs and drive engagement planning and medical education for Key Opinion Leaders & Health Care Professionals. Moreover, we collaborate with key affiliates and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of the Medical Affairs function globally. And we strive for excellence in all we do. The job As Global Project Manager for Medical Education you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and update of the medical education principles in Global Medical Affairs. You will support the medical teams on the medical education strategy development for the individual products. You will also drive the development and implementation of outcome measures and KPIs for the individual programmes. For all medical education grants, live and online, you will be the anchor person. You will ensure that the process for evaluating online medical education grants is implemented and kept updated with the feedback from all new programmes. You will support the medical teams in the evaluation of individual grant proposals, and be responsible for the overview of all supported programmes Together with medical advisors you will be responsible for executing a competency programme for up and coming global thought leaders. You will be responsible for the project management of the programme, working in close collaboration with internal and external members of the steering committee. You will have the unique opportunity to impact the development of the medical affairs function worldwide, by building close relationships with multiple internal stakeholders to achieve optimal solutions and ensure anchoring of projects. Stakeholder management is a key element in this position. Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree in International Business or similar, supplemented with minimum 2 years of experience – preferably from a similar position. You have a high competency level of the MS Office package. You have experience working with medical education towards health care professionals, both live and online. You have experience from working within the pharmaceutical industry, and have extensive project management experience. You have an analytical mind-set, excellent process understanding, and you have great success in implementing new processes. You feel confident working under pressure, in a changing working environment, and you are able to communicate to all levels of the organisation to get to the core of complex problems and make them understandable for others. Finally, as a person, you have an international mind-set, speak and write English fluently, like to have a good time with your colleagues, and you want to contribute to the positive team spirit in Strategic Operations.
