- Finance & Auditing - Denmark - Bagsværd We are looking for a Financial Controller with solid knowledge of Accounting and SAP FI, who will be part of the month end closing and the preparation of the Annual Financial Statements for Novo Nordisk. The job is a temporary position for one year from October 2016 to October 2017. About the department Financial Accounting is part of CAS (Corporate Accounting Services), a unit in Corporate Finance at Novo Nordisk. We handle accounting for the parent company, global reporting of investments and trade receivables. We are a dynamic team of 6 accounting specialists responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting to top management. The position As Financial Controller you will be part of the month-end closing of Novo Nordisk and work closely together with our colleagues in India and the global finance organisation. You will be responsible for review of monthly tasks performed in India, global management reporting of Trade Receivables including preparation of the Trade Receivable note for the Novo Nordisk Annual Report. You will be responsible for accounting compliance, have a close dialog with our auditors and participate in cross-functional projects in close corporation with other finance units throughout our global organisation. Qualifications We are looking for a Financial Controller with solid experience within Accounting and SAP FI, who have a minimum of 5 years experience from a similar position. Most likely, you hold a cand.merc.aud. or similar. You have strong analytical skills, a proactive and engaging personality showing strong responsibility for tasks and projects. You are fluent in written and spoken English, proficient user of IT tools and ready to invest both time and effort in your personal and professional development. Combined with your strong communication skills and good sense of humour, these traits allow you to contribute proactively to our team with new ideas and initiatives.
