Alfa Laval in Aalborg, Kolding or Soeborg is looking for a Field Sales Engineer within Marine & Diesel.

So, what are you going to do today?
Proactive sales role
As our Field Sales Engineer you will be sales responsible for the Alfa Laval Marine & Diesel Service portfolio in Denmark and a you will be a member of the Nordic Marine team. You could be located in Aalborg, Kolding or Soeborg.
You will work close together your manager and the KAM Nordic in order to grow the business and reach agreed KPIs:
Proactive external sales to the Marine market in Denmark
Identify and implement new clients/ opportunities for the Marine Service business
Sales of Part, Service, Repair and Upgrading to Alfa Laval/Aalborg product range
Follow up (Visits) on all upgrading projects
In cooperation with KAM Nordic, coordinate Shipowner relation, work to secure New Building projects
Participation in relevant exhibitions, seminars and other customer events
To be a success as a Field Sales Engineer you are able to build a great and effective collaboration with both internal and external partners to ensure professional sales processes.
Knowledgeable sales person with strong customer focus
You probably have a degree in engineering and you have previous experience in B2B sales/marketing to the Marine & Diesel Power market for a minimum of 2 years. Furthermore we expect strong communications skills in both written and oral English but also you must master at least one Scandinavian language.
As a person you work independently and are Self motivating and know the value of teamwork. Customer focus is a key motivator for you and comes natural with your result oriented style. The ability to see business opportunities and make strategies to capture them is a part of your sales method. You like deadlines and thrive in occasionally working in a hectic environment because of your tenacity.
