Experienced Project Controller for development of offshore wind power projects Would you like to be part of a team working within renewable energy? DONG Energy Wind Power is looking for an experienced and ambitious Project Controller. Join us and become Project Controller in the Project Development and Cost of Electricity & Procurement Controlling department, where you, together with your colleagues, participate in all activities in the development phase, from the early phases dealing with planning, budgeting, process design to procurement phase and handover to execution. The department is part of Wind Power which has 1400 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world’s largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility As Project Controller, you are part of our Project Controlling team, where we are responsible for the daily financial management of developing offshore wind farm projects. You have a very broad interface with various areas in DONG Energy Wind Power and you spar with your our competent colleagues from different functional areas. Your primary responsibilities are to prepare monthly project financial reports as well as participate in month end closing activities. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •distribute monthly reporting to relevant stakeholders •maintain an active dialogue with project controllers, project managers and other internal customers •maintain and administer our project reporting setup SAP BI/IP •prepare ad hoc SAP BI/IP based reporting. Your profile You hold a master's degree in economics, auditing or similar, supplemented with several years of experience, preferably from project work. We expect you to have experience in budgeting and financial management and relevant knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system. In this job, you have many contacts as well as partners from both Wind Power and the rest of the organisation. It is essential that you can communicate and know how to establish and maintain good relations to your colleagues within the project organisation and in our support functions. Furthermore, you can cooperate with colleagues and partners from various areas, among others engineers and other controllers. It is essential that you have a structured mind-set, show responsibility and have a result-oriented approach to your work. You also have personal drive and an analytical approach to your work.
