We are looking for experienced Senior Project Managers / Project Managers for Branch and Contact Centre Touch Points. Your responsibility will be to scope and drive development of new solutions in the Nordic Branch & Contact Centre Domains, from high level business ideas, to release of a good solution including implementing it to-wards our end users and customers. The position we offer Branch & Contact Centre Touch Points is supporting the development of the branch network, Contact Centres and physical channels. ? This includes both the physical formats as well as the applications used in the physical channels and back office functions. As Project Manager in the area Branch & Contact Centre Touch Points you will be: •Responsible for transforming the business strategy and objectives into tangible goals for a project/change and is accountable for the successful delivery according to agreed scope, cost, time. •Responsible for actively supervising and coaching other project managers and project team members •Accountable for planning and delivering (from strategy to execution) change projects or initiatives of medium to high complexity •Run cross-border projects including strong capa-bility in managing and interacting with many stakeholders in business and IT •Drive small ad hoc tasks including idea matura-tion and innovation together with business partners The position is Nordic, but located in Copenhagen. Travelling to the other Nordea countries is expected based on the assignments. Branch & Contact Centre Touch Points within Retail Banking IT is application provider for internal frontend banking solutions used in branches, contact centres and back office functions in the Nordic countries and NOC. We support Branch Network and Contact Centre in a broad sense i.e. concept/format development and solution development in own and other IT Domains. Our solutions supports Teller & ATM services, CRM / Customer Management, Mortgage, Customer interaction in contact Centres, product and service delivery process-es and solutions for work flow processes between front office and back office functions. The qualifications you need We expect you: •Are an experienced Project Manager with a good track record of managing projects involving teams from both business and IT •Have experience in all phases of project devel-opment, i.e. from idea maturation to change management and implementation probably have e.g. bachelor or master degree in economics, business administration, engineering or similar have the ability and experience of working with people and thrive when working with them in a challenging environment •Are structured and keeps overview and be able to stay positive and constructive in situations with high pressure and expectations from many stake-holders •Have experience in managing Agile projects and experience with the Agile terminology i.e. Sprint, Story Points, Demo’s including SCRUM and Kanban •Have a management approach for communicating and facilitation spanning both an IT and business community •Have good communication skills including sim-plification of complex problems in a simple manner •Have excellent communication and presentation skills, in English More information and send application For further information regarding this position please contact Jan Mayland Madsen, Business CIO for Branch Solutions, +45 40 99 40 13 or Business CIO Søren Nielsen +45 61 229 333.
