As Sitecore QA Engineer, you will be responsible for handling every aspect of testing the product throughout the software development lifecycle. You will join one of the Sitecore product teams and work closely with the product manager and developers, to make a difference to the quality of the product. You will also communicate and coordinate with the other teams in geographically distributed locations. Your responsibilities •Participate in the testing life cycle, from test planning to execution and reporting •Identify areas of improvements in the processes where appropriate •Participate in product development and actively capture the details of the product design •Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis •Create and set up test automation frameworks and automated tests •Effectively communicate and report on the progress and results of the tests •Understand the business requirements and design tests to ensure that the requirements are met •Develop custom solutions to improve and enhance manual and automated testing frameworks. Your qualifications •A great passion for product quality and an attention to detail •A minimum of two years of experience in any object-oriented programming language (preferably C#). A minimum of two years of professional work experience in the QA domain •Experience in debugging and code review •Experience in SQL or other database technologies •Experience in developing test automation is an advantage (preferably in Selenium Web Driver) •Desire and ability to learn new skills and improve upon current skills •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills •Good written and oral communication skills in English •Self motivated and willing to "do what it takes" to get the job done Sitecore Offers You will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled developers on exciting projects.
