Your responsibilities As head of Content Management one of your most important tasks is to ensure an enthusiastic and professional environment for the employees, by being a skilled people manager. You understand how to practice global leadership and how to set the direction for a multicultural organization with +20 employees in Denmark (HQ), China and the Czech Republic. As a manager you will take responsibility for meeting the demands of a rapidly transforming market. You continuously create new services, improve quality and optimize consultant utilisation operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: •People management; including administrative tasks, management of IT operations and consultant utilisation operations •Management, development and inspiration of your team •Business development, including taking the lead in developing the unit’s business plan, based on balanced scorecard and analyses of market trends and opportunities Furthermore you ensure communication and follow-up on the plan to get concrete results that meet ambitious goals. The job offers a possibility to work with content management in an international environment. Besides the team in the Danish HQ, the team consist of employees in China and the Czech Republic, and our customers are all over the world. You will join the NNIT Content Management department The content management department holds employees in the field of three core technologies: Sharepoint, Domino and Sitecore. The employees have a wide range of different roles, including; architecture design, projects implementation, task management and daily operations. A sister department is responsible for solutions implementation and content development. Within this area technologies are changing rapidly and we want to take part of and influence these changes. You can expect a strong team player mind-set that focuses on collaboration and common goals. You will refer to the Director of Collaboration, Simon Riemann. Content Management is part of IT Operation Services that is responsible for everything from infrastructure outsourcing and applications to complete orchestration and support of our customers’ IT solutions. Our work processes are based on best practice and our procedures follow ITIL standards. Qualifications and experience You are a skilled people manager you have experience with leading technicians and field experts and with managing highly specialized and talented experts. You preferably have experience with global leadership and possess cultural understanding from deploying a global delivery model within Content Management or similar solutions. You have an academic degree and at least 5 years’ experience from a large or medium sized international IT company. You have a proven record of managing a complex IT operation, preferably within content management or another relevant IT service area. You have a business-oriented approach to communication and problem solving and you have a consultants’ mind-set. You are good at operationalizing and structuring and you make your mark in a large organization with many stakeholders.
