IT Certification Requirement Specialist and Tester

We are currently recruiting for the position of IT Certification Requirement Specialist and Tester at our Danish or Finnish office. This position is full-time and dedicated to support of Nets Payment Service Providers (PSP). You will report to the L4 manager for IT Security & Compliance, Vidar Hansen Billing. Ideally you have experience from a position within technical customer support and knowledge with payment cards, solutions and systems as well as international card schemes (MasterCard, Visa, etc.). Suitable candidates with less or no experience may also be considered. You will be a talented ‘all-rounder’ with software and other engineering skills. You will daily support many customers and are able to work focussed and efficient even when work load is high. You will possess excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. You are patient, eager to learn and enter the position with a high level of personal motivation, drive and energy. The position requires for 20-30 days of travelling within the Nordics and Europe per year.
