You will become part of an international team of highly skilled enterprise architects and you will lead the master data, integration & information lifecycle domain strategy for the whole group. The Job As Enterprise Architect, you will lead the creation of the domain strategies and roadmaps for Carlsberg Global Business Services (CGBS) in collaboration with the other Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects and Business Process Directors. You will participate in the governance, prioritization and preparation of IT investments requests. You will be leading the recommendation, selection and introduction of new technologies. You will lead and participate in establishing the business and architecture roadmap. Some of your other responsibilities will consist of: •Leading fit/gap analysis; identifying business and architectural benefits; •Participating in the early launch phases of project where solution selection, RFP content drafting and handover to the project team for execution is required; •Exploring vendor solutions and being in relationship with our strategic vendors. •Participating in project steering’s to ensure compliance to the initiative approved, the strategy and the defined solution architecture; •Working with the other members of the Enterprise Architecture team in establishing the business capabilities maps and roadmaps and derive the impacts on the integration, master data and information lifecycle visions and strategies; •Analyzing the current AS-IS architecture and identify areas of improvement to better serve the business and deliver robustness of services; You will report to the Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture and will work out of the Global HQ in Copenhagen. You should expect 30-40 travel days yearly, primarily in Europe. The Profile We expect you to have a minimum of 5-7 years of working experience within a Senior Architect position with significant experience in drafting visions and strategies, establishing business capability maps, To-Be architectures, associated roadmaps to achieve them for a domain and reach consensus and adoption around them. You are used to work in larger international Enterprise set-ups. You have an analytical mind and you are creative when it comes to identifying solutions. You have significant experience in several of these fields: Data Integration platforms & architectures, Master data management and information Lifecycle management (Archiving, document management…). You are fluent in English, and can act in a multi-cultural environment. As a person, you present yourself with seniority and maturity, and with the ability to lead, identify and conceptualize the changes and architecture required in your domain to best serve the business. You are mindful that the architecture and services need to be robust and easily maintainable. In your communication and presentations, you are talented at communicating ideas clearly and concisely and you present them coherently and logically to convince the stakeholders. You are able to organize and prioritize tasks in a complex and often hectic environment, and are comfortable with changing agendas and priorities.
