ExLiD has an ambitious growth strategy and is looking for a dynamic personality with strong trade marketing- and business skills who is able to work across different cultures in an environment that offers multiple challenges and opportunities. You will be our sales execution expert and your primary task will be to develop successful in-store material and tools for the Duty Free/Travel Retail trade, as well as providing campaign ideas for our Greenlandic market. You should be able to create innovative and effective tools to deliver the brand message at the point of purchase through excellence in in-store execution. Key responsibilities: •Be our channel marketing champion with the clear objective of delivering excellent in-store execution in Duty Free/Travel Retail channels and in Greenland. •Owner of in-store visual design •Co-owner of customer activation plans incl. co-execution responsibilities together with the Sales Managers •Analytical & creative powerhouse always searching for “that little extra” to improve our in-store execution •Own and drive the Tuborg and Carlsberg brand plans in Greenland incl. supporting development and execution of strong local activity plan •Instrumental in driving pack and design changes to further strengthen our impact across our consumer touch points •Coordinate POS material and participate in activities, events across customers incl. following up on uplift •Key contributor to all commercial communication across customers & markets (incl. managing Facebook activations/consumer engagement) Personal competencies: •Have a passion and flair for developing best in class in-store execution and with a winning attitude, i.e., we never settle for second best •Analytical and structured comfortable running multiple projects across various customer touch points •Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills •Service minded towards regional managers and able to provide strategic sparring, however, with clear understanding of what good looks like and “this is the way I want it” attitude towards execution •Must be prepared to "get your hands dirty" and assist in executing/implement activities in-store •A light hearted but passionate team player with a strong personal drive and ambition of making a difference •Experience with and flair for digital Requirements: •Master degree from either University or Business school •Fluency in English •Minimum 5 years experience in Trade Marketing/Sales. Experience from the Duty Free/Travel Retail channel is an advantage •Accepting travelling as "part of the job" (around 50 days) a year The position is based in Copenhagen and reports to Duty Free Business Unit Director Anders Dam Vestergaard.
