The company also has a very strong position in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for the treatment of symptoms associated with menopause. About the department As a consequence of our success we need an ambitious Associate Manager for the production in Novo Nordisk’s packaging department in Måløv. You will become part of Biopharm Tablets and Finished Products where we carry out assembly and packaging of HRT products. You will lead, coach and develop 22 highly dedicated hourly paid employees in your production team. Together with two other Associate Managers you will cover the whole production. The team's top priority is to ensure high quality and timely delivery to our patients. The job You and your team’s objectives are to ensure that the production is performed according to plan and in compliance with GMP and corporate standards. You focus on enabling your team to deliver timely, and through your leadership and coaching you create a culture where everyone is ready to challenge the methods, systems and processes - constantly making them better, smarter and more efficient. You continuously follow up on the team’s performance and manage board meetings to provide a complete overview and coordinate the tasks at hand. The tasks include solving daily challenges, minimising scrap level, optimizing core processes and improving the daily performance management. You improve your team’s performance and work with personal development and competencies, in which systematic training and systematic problem solving play a crucial role. Your leadership supports a LEAN culture where continuous improvement is a natural part of everyday work. You collaborate closely with the management team as well as other teams in the department and our closest stakeholders in other departments. You will report to the Department Director and be a member of the management team consisting of the Department Director and 5 other Associate Managers. Qualifications You have a solid education in science at minimum bachelor level, supplemented with experience from production in GxP regulated companies or others who are subject to high quality standards. This means, that you are used to comply with the regulations, to ensure that our products meet both quality and safety regulations. Ideally you have 3-5 years of management experience and proven strong leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate others and empower your team members to deliver excellent results. You know the value of earning trust and respect from colleagues, and you thrive in a role where you contribute with hands-on assistance when needed. In addition, you have experience with change management. You have a structured approach to your work and are capable of maintaining the general view. You have a strong LEAN mind-set, and the ability to facilitate problem solving and to find the right root causes. Additionally, you are well organised and you approach challenges in a logical manner. You are also keen on finding practical solutions and executing the necessary actions to secure progress. You have the ability to prioritise and plan ahead, while keeping focus on achieving the goals, and you know how to navigate confidently in a complex organization with many stakeholders.
