In Nordea Group Functions COO organization, there is a newly formed unit, Customer and Counterparty Data Unit, with corporate wide responsibility to manage and govern Customer and Counterparty data. Customer and Counterparty Data (CCD) is the new Business Owner for master data management program for the domain, as well as operational processes for the data management. CCD will work together with the compliance experts and business areas to assess and prioritise the demands of the individual business areas in order to ensure that group wide priorities are fulfilled in a compliant manner. Customer and Counterparty Data Unit is looking for a new colleague to business architecture team. The position we offer The Customer and Counterparty business architecture team has the overall business architecture responsibility of Nordea’s customer and counterparty information and processes including the governance of the Business Architecture. We are driving a large-scale change in Nordea, and offer you a strategic position with great visibility across the company You will be responsible for: - Documenting business drivers, architectural requirements and value streams around Customer and Counterparty master data management - Capturing, definition and enforcing Customer and counterparty data standards or related business rules - Definition of capabilities and process frameworks for customer and counterparty data The qualifications you need You have a university degree in a relevant field. You have strong experience from working with architecture, business transformations, and master data management. You are also: - Enthusiastic about having a positive impact on the data management maturity of Nordea - Conceptual thinking with pragmatic can-do attitude - Self-driven and have the ability to manage many tasks in parallel - Well organised and adapt well to changes The unit has many stakeholders in all business areas and you will need to be very good at communicating clearly with business stakeholders, IT architects, delivery teams, product owners, etc. Excellent English skills are also important.
