- Quality - Denmark - Bagsværd Are you our process expert within the document control process? Is one of your key competences to develop robust and simple processes? Would you like to be key driver for designing and implementing a new IT system supporting the Document Control process in Novo Nordisk? About the department The position is based in Quality Development in Corporate Quality. The responsibility of Quality Development is to develop quality processes and drive quality process projects. Quality Development consists of 25 people - process experts, project managers, communication experts and learning experts. The job You will be responsible for the on-going process improvement for the Document Control process in Novo Nordisk globally. For the next years focus will primary be on replacing the applications and tools supporting the process with a new IT solution. The IT solution will affect all employees in Novo Nordisk. To deliver in this project you will work in close partnership with project management and specialists in Corporate Quality and with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk. As process expert you will have an on-going collaboration with management in fulfilling their responsibilities within the process. You will be responsible for development of the strategy for the Document Control process, plan for improving process maturity and for interpreting external requirements into the procedures. You will drive implementation throughout different management groups in collaboration with local experts in Novo Nordisk. You will hold, facilitate and participate in workshops and arrange user group meetings related to the Document Control process. You will continuously assess and evaluate how the Document Control process best can support and facilitate other processes in Novo Nordisk. You will have to ensure inspection readiness for the Document Control process and when needed present the process for external authorities during inspections. Qualifications You have a master degree and experience of working with a QMS in a highly regulated industry or in a GMP/GXP environment. You have a track record of working with global processes supported by effective organisational change management. In addition experience with process re-design and optimisation e.g. LEAN is essential. Knowledge about implementation of IT systems is an advantage. You are proactive, structured and systematic. Your colleagues will see you as highly motivated, flexible and friendly, but also persistent and able to get things done. You have the capacity to look ahead as well as the skills to drive necessary consensus agreement to strong pragmatic solutions. You are independent and you have the drive and ability to engage others. Your oral and written communication abilities in English will be excellent and you will be confident presenting in an inspiring way in a variety of different settings.
