Would you like to take up the challenge of analysing and reporting on asset portfolio performance? Join us and become Asset Reporting Analyst in our Asset Reporting team which is responsible for timely and high-quality monthly reporting on wind farm performance to our joint venture partners. The department is part of Wind Power which has 1600 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world's largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling to the UK and Germany in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility As Asset Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for consistent and high-quality reporting to our joint venture partners and internal reporting to asset managers across the asset portfolio of wind farms in Denmark, the UK and Germany. Our partners have made large investments in our wind farms, and the reports provide them with a deep insight into the technical and financial performance of the wind farms. You will be responsible for providing qualitative and quantitative input data for the reports, validating data and presenting the reports to internal stakeholders. All reports are prepared in accordance with our contractual commitments. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •prepare monthly JV reports, including high-quality clarifications of asset performance •present the reports at sign-off meetings with asset managers •optimise processes and models in Excel •build and maintain relationships with in-house stakeholders and departments and ensure high quality in external management reporting material •implement cross-portfolio projects for optimising value across our assets Your profile You have a master's degree in economics, business administration or a similar background. Preferably, you have experience with controlling and financial or management reporting, but new graduates will also be considered. You are a super user of Excel and PowerPoint, and you are familiar with ensuring correct data collection and high quality in management information. Experience with VBA is an advantage but not a prerequisite. It is important that you have an analytical approach to your work, that you are able to set high standards for work performance and execution, and that you follow up on delegated tasks and decisions in a structured manner. It is also important that you are flexible in monthly and annual peak periods, and that you are able to plan and prioritise your tasks and meet predefined deadlines. Furthermore, as we operate in an international environment, it is essential that you speak and write English fluently and that you have good communication skills.
