About the department Aseptic Production Support and Optimisation is a part of DFP (Diabetes Finished Products) Manufacturing Development. Our main focus is to provide process and technical support to Novo Nordisk’s insulin production sites globally in DFP. You will be part of a team of two that supports the corporate IT system PEMS (Production Environmental Monitoring System) which is used in classified areas in the producing units in all business areas of Novo Nordisk. The team works closely together with colleagues in India and China. The job As a Business area and training manager you will have close contact to users in your assigned business areas where you will coordinate and execute training of system users in Line of Business including development of training material. As an expert in the PEMS system, you will identify best practice system use, and strive to implement this at NN production sites. You will, based on your process and system knowledge, support development related to functionality in the PEMS system. You will work closely together with system users and IT developers to ensure that the functionality needed is available. Being that you will conduct IT training and support in DK and with affiliates based in China, Brazil, France, Russia and USA you can expect to travel approximately 10-15 days pr. year Qualifications You hold a degree within a relevant area - engineering, pharmacy, IT or you have other relevant business experience. You have a solid understanding of business processes within environmental monitoring and/or IT support and understand the value of implementing continuous improvements for an organisation and its processes. As a person you are focused on analysing business needs and have demonstrated the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. You work in a structured and systematic way and deliver results in accordance with agreed plans, deliverables and scope. You have excellent communication skills, are flexible and can work individually and/or in project teams. We expect that you are passionate about process improvement. Having the ability to collaborate across boundaries (companies and countries) fluency in English, both written and spoken are required.
