External Posting Title MBA Intern: Global Manufacturing - Continuous Improvement Job Description * This internship will be based in Hillerod. Each candidate will support their respective sites continuous improvement efforts by leading Lean Improvements as identified as part of Value Stream Mapping. The primary focus will be to reduce manufacturing and business process cycle times that result in cost savings, increased capacity, inventory reduction and right first time improvements dependent upon site priorities. Although specific responsibilities will vary dependent upon site, primary duties will include: analyzing machine and labor capacity to identify gaps/opportunities, identifying and leading improvements to close gaps/realize opportunities, problem solving and implementation of rapid change deployment for smaller scope items and robust plan development and deployment for larger scope items. The 3 interns will collaborate with one another to share learnings across the 3 efforts conducted across Hillerod, Cambridge and RTP.
