About the department Novo Nordisk, Biopharm QC Chemistry is a laboratory with high quality and LEAN standards. We are responsible for chemical and biological analysis on finished products and API of a range of Novo Nordisk products including Human Growth Hormones, Glucagon and products for Haemostasis. In addition, we analyse new products, not yet on market, and are involved in transfer of analytical methods to our sister locations abroad. Due to this wide range of activities, Biopharm QC Chemistry interacts with many internal stakeholders. This requires a single point of entry for not only our customers, but also for the organisation in Biopharm QC Chemistry. Therefore we offer a very exciting position as New[ Product Coordinator with development opportunities among highly competent colleagues in a positive environment. The job As New Product Coordinator you communicate clearly, open and honest securing the interests of both Biopharm QC Chemistry and our stakeholders. You will be the link between Biopharm QC Chemistry and the rest of Biopharm, through recurrent stakeholder meetings and management of our Service Level Agreements with these stakeholders. You will be involved in follow-up activities to ensure Biopharm QC Chemistry delivers as agreed. It is a position in which you will enjoy a high degree of influence on the flow of incoming samples and their deadline in QC Chemistry. Additionally, you will be responsible for the department’s project portfolio and act as manager on selected projects when needed. The portfolio includes both internal and external improvement projects as well as the department’s investment activities. You will maintain overview of performance and provide support where needed to ensure that projects are on track. In the job, you will work with all parts of the Biopharm QC Chemistry organisation, and broadly with Biopharm Production sites, providing you with the opportunity to thoroughly getting to know the supply chain within Biopharm. The position will provide you with indirect management experience, and could hence be a stepping stone towards a Team Leader position in Novo Nordisk. Qualifications You have an academic degree (Cand. Pharm, chemical engineer, biochemist, or other equivalent level of education) preferably supplemented with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as project manager.You are familiar with GMP and the requirements of the authorities in the pharmaceutical industry and you are familiar with the basic LEAN methodologies. As a person, you have an analytical mind-set and you are able to get to the core of a problem, while maintaining overview of the big picture. You are a self-starter who thrives with driving tasks independently. Your engagement and positive attitude comes naturally and you are able to create overview and execute on many different tasks at the time while prioritizing your efforts optimally. You work in a structured and systematic way and are used to deliver according to targets while motivating and inspiring your colleagues.
