Join us and become Business Controller in DONG Energy Exploration and Production's Reporting & Planning team. We are responsible for developing and maintaining high quality and timely management reporting for Exploration & Production senior management as well as Group Management and our Board of Directors. The department is a part of Exploration & Production, which has 700 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. We explore for and produce oil and natural gas. Today, our activities are centred in the seas off Denmark, Norway and the United Kingdom, and we have an ambitious strategy with many exciting projects in the pipeline. You will be based out of our office in Gentofte. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility You consistently support Exploration & Production senior management and DONG Energy Group by providing high-quality reporting and feedback on ad hoc queries. By developing standardised reporting templates with the aim of minimising constraint on the Exploration & Production organisation, you improve functionality. Moreover, you consistently seek to optimise processes to ensure high quality and timely reporting within the Exploration & Production business. You continuously contribute to the positive momentum for a department with high ambitions and significant new responsibilities. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: - compile and present the monthly budget follow-up reporting that provides key insights into Exploration & Production overall performance - compile and present annual reporting and guidance on an ad-hoc basis - develop and present short term budgets and forecasts in close connection with Exploration & Production local finance departments to continuously ensure an aligned, high quality future outlook - create presentation input to be used at meetings held by DONG Energy's Group Executive Committee and Board of Directors providing a consistent and accurate financial insight into the DONG Energy Exploration & Production business. Your profile You hold a master’s degree in economics, accounting or a similar discipline, and you have some experience with auditing, controlling or financial reporting. Furthermore, you have experience with constructing and maintaining reporting functionalities and processes in order to provide high level financial and management reporting. It is essential that you are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point and an experienced user of accounting and ERP systems. Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP, Hyperion Financial Management and Hyperion Planning. A general interest in understanding, maintaining and developing data systems is preferable.
