Based in Dinex Group HQ in Middelfart, Dinex A/S is looking for a Manager of the test center. Dinex is facing growth and new development projects, where current and new tests are essential parts to acquire the projects and fulfill the growth strategy. You will be reporting to the Engineering manager within R&D department.
Roles & Responsibilities
Test center
• Ensure meeting legal requirements of building and working environment
Test equipment
• Manage investment projects of new equipment
Customer projects
• DVP&R coordination with respect to testing activities
• Prototype coordination
• Approve test protocols and test reports
Management
• Motivate and induce Q-mindset in team
• Increase competence and efficiency in team
• Resource & planning aligned with team & PM
• KPI’s reporting
Quality
• Ensure systematic preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment
• Manage breakdowns with low impact on running activities
• Prepare certification for automotive standards.
• Develop & maintain standard test methods and procedures
Qualifications
• Education within chemical or mechanical engineering
• Deep knowledge within reaction kinetics, combustion and mechanical testing
• Knowledge within rapid prototyping & Production process of sheet metal
• Knowledge within test equipment functionality of analyzers, engines and shaker
• Proven track record with management of technical team and advanced equipment
• Experience working with OEM & automotive customers
• Willing to travel 10-20 days per year
