The Customer Quality team, part of the Global Quality organization, is looking for a Customer Quality Manager with strong communication and coordination skills who can keep up in a work environment where tasks can vary greatly from one day to the next. The Customer Quality Team is a vital part of ensuring that our customers always receive products that live up to the high standards of GN Netcom and in making sure that any quality issues are contained and correctly swiftly. Customer Quality gathers feedback from customers, sales, supply chain and other data sources on how our products are performing in the market and uses this to be on the forefront of issues and resolving them before they escalate. As a Customer Quality manager, your role is to manage the activities related to these quality issues and ensure alignment across the company, from supply chain to customer support and all the way to sales teams. Main Responsibilities: • Managing incoming quality cases, including scrap, rework, inventory swap and recalls • Communicating the status of open quality cases internally across GN Netcom • Creation and release of product quality bulletin boards providing detailed overviews of cases and resolution • Ad hoc support with customer communication support, either through customer facing meetings or presentation material We offer: • An evolving job in a dynamic company where you will have lots of opportunity to influence your work • A flexible working environment in an international company where input is received from all around the world • Excellent personal and career development opportunities What we are looking for: • Relevant bachelor or master degree in engineering • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a quality related position • Excellent communication and coordination skills • Service minded • Details oriented • Team player • High level of written and spoken English As a person you are energetic and appreciate that no two days are the same. You have a sense of urgency and always follow up to ensure actions are carried out and time schedules are kept. Being an international team player, you work well with people from all over the world and are good at building strong working relationships with the people you interact with. While you are focused on helping people and resolving issues, you also have the ability to say no and hit the brakes when suggested solutions don’t live up to your standards. When communicating you possess the ability to easily sum up a situation with many different aspects in clear and concise terms, and understand that the level of detail needed can differ depending on the audience. Around 10-15 days of international travel a year is expected to conduct visits with internal stakeholders and end users.
