About the department Supplier Audits assists Novo Nordisk in accomplishing its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to assess and mitigate the risks associated with supplies to Novo Nordisk. The department is part of Corporate Quality, responsible for auditing of suppliers to Novo Nordisk A/S. You will join an international team of ten dedicated employees who verify the compliance and risks associated with use of different suppliers globally. The job You will become a member of the auditor corps responsible for performing audits of suppliers globally assessing if sourced materials form a risk to Novo Nordisk products or patients. Our audits are typically scoped based on the ISO 9001 standard and aim to conclude on supplier’s ability to implement effective and efficient processes. Audits are conducted at the location of the supplier and typically have duration of one to two days depending on the purpose of the audit. You will be working with both internal and external stakeholders when planning, conducting and reporting audits. The job will include a good deal of travel (approximately 100 days) and will enhance your professional and personal development, providing you with an opportunity to develop skills within specialist expertise. Qualifications You hold an academic degree within natural science and are looking to build on your career within quality assurance. You have the ability to analyse and understand complex structures and systems. You are independent, flexible and result-oriented with a ‘can-do’ attitude and must be able to learn fast. You need to excel at cross-functional collaboration and communicate at all levels. You must be prepared to invest significant personal effort in your work and proactively take ownership of your areas of responsibility. Finally, the strongest candidates have relevant QA experience from the pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in oral and written English is essential.
