Business Development Manager, Business Innovation, Bagsværd As Business Development Manager in Business Innovation you will identify, evaluate and scope major new business areas for Novozymes. Your main responsibilities will be to connect to new technologies and emerging industry fields to identify areas where Novozymes and biotechnology can play an important future role as well as create the vision and describe the strategies Novozymes could follow to realize a business within new areas. You will interact extensively with internal and external stakeholders and contributors to validate and drive the new areas forward and so you will develop business cases and contribute to rapid learning on specific projects. In this position you need to: Have a MSc/MBA or higher degree in science and/or business and a minimum of 3-7 years of experience in a business (non-academic) environment Have a track record in strategy development or business building and likely bring an understanding of production and biotechnology as well as a strong interest in deepening these skills further Be an inquisitive networker with a positive mindset and a go-getter mentality Possess the ability to combine creativity and openness with the discipline of business strategy and high-level business development Are you the next Zymer in our team?
