Maersk is currently embarking on consolidating, improving and expanding the SAP landscape towards improved business process standardization and innovation.
Our team will be at the forefront of making strategic decisions and finding technical ways to develop business requirements onto the SAP platform.
Analysis & Solution Design (A&SD) Team is responsible for design of solutions across all processes and technology platforms. SAP is major platform for finance and HR areas and there is ambition in the organization to expand SAP across upstream commercial and operational processes. Corporate team within A&SD focuses on solutions and platforms for Finance and HR areas, owning the SAP solution template, design and drives the SAP solution roadmap within T&L.
You will collaborate with the business process teams and managed services teams to ensure right solution is designed and deployed for PTP processes.

Key responsibilities
• Responsible for SAP Architecture in the Procurement to Pay (PTP) area, covering master data, RFQ and contracts, purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification and accounts payable, supplier self services, management reporting areas
• Translate business requirements into specific system, application or process designs covering both functional and non-functional aspects
• Participate in multiple design activities, from requirements analysis to systems, application and/or process design specification
• Contribute to the SAP roadmap in PTP area a while constantly seeking simplification and standardization of the landscape
• As a technical expert, you are expected to act as a centre of expertise in your field, staying abreast of developments in the SAP space and continually upgrading your functional knowledge
• It is expected that you will be flexible to work in non-SAP technologies should such a need arise.
We are looking for
The ideal candidate will have Bachelor's Degree in IT related discipline combined with at least 8 years’ experience in SAP MM and SRM with experience in SAP FI integration.
Furthermore you have:
• In depth domain knowledge in the Procurement to Pay (PTP) area.
• Experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects, and designing architecture to meet business requirements
• Experience in working with PTP business process/activity owners in understanding business requirement and solution design
• Experience in working with project delivery organization in ensuring solution is built as per the design
• Experience in developing SAP roadmap for PTP Line of business
• Experience in effective vendor invoice management solution
• Experience with S4HANA will be advantage
• Experience with SAP Ariba will be advantage
• Experience with Agile methodologies is desired
• Good problem solving & communication skills
• Certification in SAP MM or SRM is preferred
