About the department Aseptic Production Support and Optimisation is a part of Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) Manufacturing Development. Our main focus is providing process and technical support to Novo Nordisk’s insulin production sites globally. A vital part of this work is to implement process and technology strategies in DFP. You will be a part of the Aseptic Production support team where 13 very experienced Specialists, Project Managers, and Professionals are looking forward to your arrival. The position As Senior Project Manager your main role will be to drive cross organisational projects with high impact on Novo Nordisk. Our challenge is to execute an increasing portfolio of diverse projects implementing the solutions without impacting the ongoing production. Your typical project portfolio will include compliance and quality projects, process optimisation projects, as well as technology development projects. As a natural part of the project you will be in close dialogue with line of business and management. You will be working with many different stakeholders across our sites to understand processes and gather data. By maintaining a strong sense of purpose and ability to coordinate and create overview, you will ensure progress and transparency throughout the project. Furthermore, by providing clear goals and direction for the project team in a motivating and inspiring way, you will ensure that high quality solutions are delivered. In this process, you will also need to draw on your excellent systematic problem solving skills and be able to coach and develop the organisation on this. In effect, you will contribute to improve stability and quality of our production sites in Denmark and abroad. You should expect approximately 15 - 25 travel days per year. Qualifications You hold a MSc in engineering, pharmacy, biology or similar, supplemented with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a project manager within aseptic production or similar. You are confident working in a GMP regulated environment. You have profound insight into systematic problem solving and are preferably a DMAIC 3 star or Six Sigma Black belt. On a personal level, you are a self-starter who thrives with driving tasks independently. As you have a structured approach to your work, you can juggle several processes while prioritising your efforts optimally. You have a global mind-set and enjoy building relations across organisational levels and geography. Impeccable communication skills are a must as well as the ability to prepare presentation material in a high quality. Lastly, you must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
