Join us and become Sales & Operations Planning Partner for DAPI. About the department You will join 6 highly skilled colleagues in the Sales & Operations Planning Process Execution team. The department is responsible for Execution of monthly S&OP process, volume budgeting & update of capacity agreements, Diabetes API planning & allocation and Limitations planning & LIMO system management. In all we do, we strive to enable a strong and stable supply to our patients and a high performance in the supply chain. The job As S&OP Partner for DAPI, your main responsibilities will be for executing a number of activities related to Sales & Operations Planning and the Supply Network Planning processes. In addition, you will be driving the volume budgeting for processes and products coming out of DAPI. Through involvement in projects and other improvement activities, you will also engage in optimizing and align processes and tools related to executing the S&OP process. As the position is newly established, it is expected that you will be able to challenge us in the way we do things and that you can be proactive in identifying opportunities to work smarter and secure the best possible result for Novo Nordisk. It is also expected, that the position holder will be spending 1-2 days a week on average in DAPI to ensure local understanding of DAPI planning business and to collaborate on execution of bigger. Qualifications You have a Master’s degree within a relevant business education (e.g. M.Sc. in Supply Chain Management or engineering) or experience equivalent to that. You are passionate about Supply Chain Management and Sales and Operations Planning and about securing a balance between supply and demand. Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and strong knowledge of Excel is preferred. Your analytical skills enable you to focus on key information and see through the complexity within planning across the full NN supply chain. Your ability to interact and engage with stakeholders in a positive manner is a natural part of the way you work As a person, you thrive with working in an environment where considering a multitude of factors and stakeholders are an integrated part of the job.
