Carlsberg Global Business Services (CGBS) offers a role in the team for a Security Architect with focus on Western Europe but with a global reach; with responsibility for helping to maintain group standards and policies, providing technical support and advice on a range of IT Security related matters. You will be part of the Global Technology function. The role has a strong technical focus however, the nature of the role dictates that the successful candidate will need to be a good communicator and think in a strategic way to get the most appropriate solutions for our business. The Job Within IT Security, you will be the primary technical security expert in the Western European region. You will be in direct contact with key stakeholders such as other architects, business users, management, project managers, and other functional experts. You will act as trusted advisor and partner and will undoubtedly be involved in all areas of the business . Your primary tasks are: •Implementation and ongoing maintenance of policies, guidelines and technical documentation across the Group •Provide technical expertise to a number of key strategic projects •Definition, enforcement and assessment of IT security controls •Monitor current and emerging security technology and solutions •Provide support and advice to business operations, IT providers (internal & external) and projects You will work out of the Global HQ in Copenhagen however, this role is part of a global team who work virtually across the organisation. You should expect 20-30 travel days yearly, primarily within Europe. The Profile We are looking for you, someone who can link IT Security skills to the business reality and effect real change in both technology and people behaviour; combining your specialist skills with an ability to work well in a small team, have good verbal and written English skills and personal drive. Your skills and profile include: •Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructures, multi-platform system architecture and information security solutions •Strong focus and understanding of the information security industry and best practices •Experience in negotiating with management teams and project managers •Detailed experience in security policy frameworks, policy and standards development and implementation •Understanding and experience in working with risk management practices •CISSP certified and preferably holding CISA/CISM or similar level certifications or be prepared to study for these qualifications •Experience with SAP and Microsoft solutions or Industrial control systems would be advantageous.
