Novo Nordisk is seeking an engaged student for a 6 month, full time internship in the API Development area. The area is responsible for developing technologies and processes for the commercial manufacturing of the active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) in our new medicines. Currently, API Development employs close to 500 people, most of them located in Denmark. About the department You will be part of a small business support team with 12 dedicated employees, located in Bagsværd. The department’s primary objective is to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy set out by management. This is achieved by driving a number of strategic projects across the area as well as providing strategic and data driven management support, for example in the form of various business cases, data analyses, different management reports and upper management presentations. The job As an intern in API Business Support, you will participate in various projects and task, always working closely together with one of our more experienced project managers. You tasks will vary widely and include analyses, information and data gathering, preparing management presentations and independently driving your own work streams as part of a larger project. The internship will provide you as steep learning curve with exposure to best practice project management skills and tools. You can expect to be challenged delivering strong and profound results in an efficient and value adding way. Qualifications You are a master’s degree student in Economics, Business Administration or other relevant background with excellent academic results. You are fluent in English, and are used to both working independently and in teams. Finally, you have excellent problem solving skills and bring a positive attitude.
