Are you ready to lead global manufacturing footprint business cases within Vestas? Do you have experience with complex manufacturing network optimisation, and can you communicate complex financial data? And are you motivated by influencing Vestas' future? In a position with executive management exposure and stakeholders across the supply chain - and across the globe? Then we are looking for you: an experienced Senior manufacturing footprint Specialist with strong stakeholder management skills to drive footprint projects within Integrated Business Planning.

You will join our dedicated Integrated Business Planning team in the Global Supply Chain organisation.

Our main purpose is to drive manufacturing footprint optimisation business cases enabling Vestas to take long term strategic decisions on an optimised manufacturing footprint that predict and respond to change in conditions in the most profitable way.

Responsibilities

  • Drive manufacturing footprint scenarios, simulations and business cases to secure a continuous optimisation of Vestas competitiveness and aligning to the Vestas strategy
  • Lead on manufacturing footprint for new products introductions
  • Drive ad hoc analyses on manufacturing network
  • Lead on Manufacturing footprint simulation tool development
  • Drive monthly stakeholder updates, meeting facilitation, follow-ups and secure implementation of decisions across functions
  • Develop Global manufacturing footprint strategy and process
  • Create transparency of long term capacity utilisation, production footprint and Supply Chain bottlenecks and Risk management for Vestas manufacturing footprint
  • Provide input, reviews and analyses to management for strategic decision making

Qualifications

  • We expect candidates to have a relevant master's degree within business administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • 5+ years' supply chain, finance or commercial experience in global B2B companies
  • Experience from running, facilitating and working with manufacturing footprint business cases is preferred
  • Solid background and understanding of complex supply chain network data analyses
  • Stakeholder management on all organisational levels
  • Strong commercial communication skills
