Senior IT Sourcing Consultant for Carlsberg within Communication & Network and IT-Infrastructure Global Business Services A/S, a part of Carlsberg Group, has an ambitious strategy for the next years, including optimization of operational business services, a globalized IT platform, data driven enterprise and an agile and lean organization. To support execution of the IT strategy and to ensure the best terms and conditions, the IT Sourcing Department, part of the Global Technology Function, managing IT sourcing projects and IT contracts is searching for a Senior IT sourcing consultant with responsible for Communication & Network. The positions offer a unique opportunity to influence the future shape and scope of the individual technology areas, where you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors. You will report to the Head of Technology Sourcing and work out of the HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark. Your new job The main objective as Senior IT-Sourcing Consultant is to drive global sourcing within your technology area, where you will support and challenge the business in terms of future strategy and needs. The job includes focus on questioning technical set-up, commercial considerations as well as legal and compliance issues. You will be responsible for the Communication & Network contracts and lead sourcing activities with negotiations and renegotiations of agreements within your area. It is also expected that you will influence and drive development of contract management, sourcing processes, standards and ambitions within your area. Towards the business, and based on your general business knowledge, you will challenge the link between strategy and needs, and towards your vendors you will establish win-win. Your responsibilities include: •Lead and participate in IT sourcing projects •Contract Management •Cost control and cost management •Commercial vendor development and management •The life cycle development of IT contract, incl. negotiations, renegotiations and keeping contract current with market conditions •Develop and maintain category strategies •Update market knowledge and challenge status quo internally •Dispute resolutions •Recommend improvement and propose ways of optimizing the infrastructure from a technical and cost point of view Your profile To succeed in the position, we expect you to have a minimum of 7-10 years working experience within sourcing, where you have identified sourcing partners on a global scale. You have experience with outsourced IT environments and service provider management, and with a general strong IT technology knowledge, especially in the Communication & Network area. Also, you have a natural interest in keeping yourself updated on new technology developments – preferably within the technology areas mentioned, but otherwise in a broader perspective. You support your professional experience with academic credentials in IT Management or Business Administration.
