Type of Position : Professional Auto req ID : 3546BR Official Title : Senior HR Business Partner/HR Director - Global Indirect Sales Channel Job Area : Human Resources Country / Countries : Denmark , Germany Location : Nordborg Job Description We are looking for a Global HR Business Partner/ HR Director to support the Global Indirect Sales Channel for the Danfoss Cooling segment. As a strategic partner you will align business objectives with employees and management and serve as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues. You will act as a change agent; assess and anticipate HR-related needs; and communicate needs proactively with business management. You will formulate partnerships across the HR functions at the local and corporate level to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The HR Business Partner maintains an effective level of business literacy about the organization’s financial position, strategic plans, culture and competition. This key role reports to the Head of HR and will work closely with members of the Senior Sales Leadership Team. Responsibilities: •Developing and implementing organizational design and talent management strategies to meet the needs of the business •Drive implementation of key HR programs such as succession planning, performance management and compensation programs •Coaching and mentoring Sales Leaders to drive greater productivity and increased employee engagement •Create and maintain strategic partnerships with local Human Resources to ensure HR and Functional Unit and Corporate strategies are aligned •Maintain, monitor and analyze trended human capital metrics and data •Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues •Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention •Provide guidance on organization design, workforce planning, learning and development, succession planning and HR practices •Participate in special HR initiatives and projects as needed Required Education and Work Experience: •7-10 years of HR Business Partner experience in sales, with significant experience supporting Senior Sales leaders •Bachelors or other advanced degree in Business •Experience partnering with Senior Sales Leaders in the following areas: Talent Management, Employee Relations, Organizational Design, Change Management and Executive Coaching •Deep understanding of Human Resource functional and technical areas including, but not limited to; compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, learning and development •Experience in working with sales/indirect sales organisations and building up sales/indirect sales models Specific Knowledge and Skills: •Excellent business literacy skills •Exceptional interpersonal skills: friendly, tactful, good negotiator, influential, manage conflict and ability to exercise judgment •Ability to develop, attract and assess talent •Manage multiple conflicting priorities •Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality at all times •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as conceptual planning skills •Familiarity with complex Sales Incentive and Compensation Plans •Take initiative to identify and anticipate needs and make recommendations for implementation Other Requirements: •Must be open to travel For further details about the position•Please contact our GKM Recruitment Consultant Samy Bischr, +49 89 43737346.
