To improve the quality of POS data and processes from O&O stores, we are seeking a Master Data Controller to join the Master Data & Authorisation team in Bredebro. Master Data & Authorisation, placed in the Group Finance department, is consisting of four employees, which is working with master data and authorisations across the whole ECCO world. We are looking for a communicative and positive team player who is able to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with everyone from Store personal back to IT personal. You have a hands-on approach to problem solving and task management. Next to that, you are well organized, with the ability to set priorities, and have a flair for details and analyzing data. Job Profile: •Assure overall consistency of the POS data from the stores •Validating and handling root causes to optimise the data quality •Support and perform POS data analysis to ensure a high level of data quality •Responsible for executing policies and procedures like data backup, data versioning, uploading and downloading the data, database administration, actual set-up of the data etc. •Act as a key point contact between business and IT •Proactively ensure the process flows between stores, sales and HQ Qualifications and Work Experience: •Fluency in English •You enjoy analytical work and independently plan, follow up and control. •You are quality-oriented and meet deadlines •You are structured and have a talent for detail. •Previous experience in project coordination •Experience in master data or POS data in companies which are working within retail •Willingness and ability to travel (5 - 15 days per year) We offer: A challenging and varied job in an international company constantly developing, and characterized by an informal environment and a good cooperation, where good initiatives and ideas are valued.
